The Cambridge House
House Rental
History
The Cambridge House Bed and Breakfast, built in 1916, was once home to Dr. Whiteman and his family. Fondly remembered by locals, they often share amusing stories about the doctor and his wife Carrie. After her husband's passing, Carrie lived in the house for years before moving. In the mid-1980s, Mr. & Mrs. Jack Huff purchased the home but left it unoccupied until Sheila Marchbanks saw its potential in 2008. After renovations, the house now welcomes guests to its charming early 1900's atmosphere. With five bedrooms, original hardwood floors, a brick fireplace, and modern amenities like cable TV and wireless internet, it's a perfect place to experience a cozy, "just like staying at Grandma's" feeling. ...` Read More
